Who are we?
IVE Ventures BV is the sole holding company for several business activities undertaken in subsidiary companies of IVE Ventures BV. We aim to let all of our business function independently whilst benefiting in terms of procurement, supply chain, automation and technology from the serviced provided by its mother- and sister companies.
ICE Alarm The Netherlands
ICE Alarm BV hosts a personal safety and lone worker solution in the BeNeLux. This solution is mainly being sold to and through private alarm centers in the BeNeLux like Securitas, G4S and Octopus. Through various personal (GPS) devices and/or alarm buttons a person can notify the respective alarm center of any emergency.
ICE Alarm BV uses a high-end alarm center interface, which is directly connected to the private alarm center where alarm handling takes place.
ICE Protect The Netherlands
ICE Protect hosts various (two-wheel) vehicle tracking solutions to recover stolen vehicles after theft in the BeNeLux under the brands ScootSecure, ClassicSecure and MotorSecure. This solution is mainly being sold to our national distributor who supplies our country-wide installer network with over 250 installation locations. ICE Protect is the only supplier in The Netherlands that has obtained the TW01 certification which guarantees direct police follow up after a real-time trace of a device once reported stolen through our private alarm center. This makes the product proposition of ICE Protect unique in the market
MotorSecure UK Limited
MotorSecure UK is our latest venture where we aim to offer the same service as ICE Protect does in The Netherlands already.
We aim to bring our new venture to market late Q1 2020.
